I invented something new yesturday: Kentucky Christmas Coffee. It is a very simple drink to make.
1 cup of coffee (better coffee makes a better drink)
1 oz of egg nog (full flavor please, not that low fat crap)
1 oz of bourbon (if it aint from Kentucky, it aint Bourbon)
It’s perfect for Christmas morning in Kentucky. Cheers!

It’s B-Ball time! I am a huge UK sports fan, but football season for UK is down right depressing. I am so happy football is over and we are now entering the heart of the college basketaball season. The best part is, I don’t have a job to distract me from all the action. The only thing that will dictate my schedule till March, is college basketball. Life is good!
